Frequently Asked Questions
Orders placed before 3:00 PM are shipped the same business day. Within the Netherlands, you will usually receive your package within 1–2 business days. For Belgium, a delivery time of 2–4 business days applies.
Shipping is free on orders over €29.95. For orders under this amount, we charge €4.95 shipping costs within the Netherlands. Different rates apply for Belgium, which you will see during checkout.
Yes, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the moment you receive your order. Ensure that the product is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered.
If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you pay the return shipping costs yourself. If there is damage that is not your fault and you report it within 14 days, we will pay the return shipping costs.
After shipment, you will receive an email with a track & trace link. You can use this to track your package in real time via the carrier's website.
You can pay with iDEAL, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, Klarna (pay later), and Shop Pay.

We are sorry to hear that your package arrived damaged. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via info@housevitamin.shop with a photo of the damage. We will then work together to find a suitable solution, such as a replacement product or a refund.
