General terms and conditions

1. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every order you place with Housevitamin B.V., located at Diamantweg 70, 1812 RC Alkmaar.

2. Ordering and payment

An agreement is concluded as soon as we confirm your order by email. You can pay securely via iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Bancontact, and Klarna.

3. Delivery

We usually ship your order within 1–2 business days. Delivery times are an indication and do not entitle you to compensation if exceeded.

4. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. The products must be unused and in their original packaging.

5. Warranty

All our products are covered by the legal warranty. Complaints can be reported via info@housevitamin.shop.
