- We will send you an email as soon as we have processed your return. This is usually within 10 business days of receiving your return.
- You will receive the purchase amount back within 10 business days of your return being processed.

- You will receive an email from us as soon as we have processed your return. This is usually within 10 days of receiving your return.
Are you not completely satisfied and would you like to return an item? You can! Within 14 days after receiving the order, you can return the items without any problems (with the exception of gift vouchers).
If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you pay for the return shipping yourself. If there is damage that is not your fault and you report it within 14 days, we will pay for the return shipping.
